Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid USPS return shipping label provided at the end of the online request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized USPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
